All returns must be requested via email within 5 days from the day the item(s) is delivered. Once you have requested your return request to: email@example.com a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you within 5 to 7 business days. You will have an additional 5 days to return the item(s) to us accompanied by your receipt. Any Return Request made after 5 days will not be accepted. All items must be in new, unworn condition. Items without merchandise bag or tag cannot be returned
Upon receipt of the returned item (s), we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 5 days whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus $6 for the pre-paid return shipping label.
Only regular priced items may be returned.
Earrings and Sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received an item that was damaged in transit, or your item arrived defective, please contact us at (802) 392-DIME (3463) or send an email to:firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, product name, and detailed description. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 days. whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. Requests made after the first 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise are eligible for store credit only.
